Important Information


Bookings & Reservation

  1. Deposit payment of RM300 is required for bookings & lock date.
  2. Deposit payment made are non-refundable.
  3. Clients must pay full payment 1 Month before the event date.


Coverage

  1. Luminaire provide Malaysia-wide coverage.
  2. For events in selected Klang Valley area, travel fee are waived and FREE. However, certain districts requires additional charges.
  3. For events outside of Klang Valley area, travel & accommodation charges applies. Our team will assist you in preparing quotation for travel & accommodation charges.
  4. Drone Coverage is only available if weather conditions allowed during the event. There will be no additional coverage after the event.
  5. All package includes at-least ONE FREE Outdoor Portraiture Session.
  6. FREE Outdoor Portraiture Session is limited within 5KM - 10KM from the original event location and must be consecutive during the same day of the event.


Cancellation By Clients

  1. Clients are allowed to reschedule the event date if there is any unexpected circumstances on behalf of client and MUST provide valid reason to reschedule.
  2. The reschedule of event date must be informed to Momento Team within 2 MONTHS before the stated event date in the invoice.
  3. The reschedule of event are only allowed Once, and full payment will be charged after rescheduling date.
  4. Cancellation made after rescheduling date are non-eligible for refund.
  5. Cancellation within last minute (4 Weeks) before the event date is NOT allowed and full payment will be charged.


Product Delivery

  1. All products will be delivered digitally through a dedicated digital photo album.
  2. 10-20 Edited Photos will be delivered to the clients approximately ONE WEEK after the event date for Premiere' Package and TWO WEEKS for Basic Package.
  3. The remaining edited photos will be delivered within ONE Month for Premiere' Package and TWO MONTHS max for Basic Package.
  4. Teaser Video will be delivered within TWO WEEKS after the event date for Premiere' Package Clients.
  5. Highlight Video will be delivered within ONE to TWO Months after the event date.
  6. Photo album or Frames or Both will be delivered via courier to the client's address. The approximate timeframe will be ONE-TWO Months after the event date.
